The Little You Who’s Quietly Creating Your Reality

So much of what you experience today — in relationships, money, health, self-worth, and emotional patterns — didn’t start here.

It began with a much younger you.

Inner Child Recognition is about gently meeting that little inner you who has been:

  • trying to keep you safe
  • carrying old stories
  • replaying familiar situations
  • quietly shaping your reality in the background
  • …whether you like it or not.

Until this child is truly seen, heard, and welcomed, the loops tend to continue.


🔄 Why Do the Same Loops Keep Happening?

You might notice patterns like:

  • “I always end up in the same kind of relationship.”
  • “Money comes… then disappears again.”
  • “I keep shrinking back just when things start to go well.”
  • “I feel guilty or wrong for wanting more.”
  • “I know better… but I still react the same way.”

These loops are not proof that you’re broken.
They’re signals from your inner child.

That part of you is still:

  • trying to make sense of what happened back then
  • bracing for the next impact
  • repeating what’s familiar, not what’s healthy
  • scanning for danger, rejection, shame, or loss

Even as an adult, your reality is still heavily influenced by a much younger “you”.


👁️ The Inner Observer — The Shift Point

Inner Child Recognition goes hand-in-hand with what I call the Inner Observer.

The Inner Observer is the part of you that can:

  • notice your reactions without getting lost in them
  • See the pattern as a pattern
  • witness the little you who’s driving the response
  • stay present, even when big emotions rise

From this space, you’re no longer merged with the child’s fear, guilt, shame, or panic.

You can be with that younger part — instead of being run by that part.

This is where choice begins.


🧩 How This Creates Your Reality (Whether You Like It or Not)

Your inner child learned:

  • what love feels like
  • what safety means (or doesn’t mean)
  • what is “allowed” for you
  • who you have to be to belong
  • what happens if you speak up, shine, or want more

Those early conclusions become unconscious instructions:

  • “This is how life is.”
  • “This is who I am.”
  • “This is what always happens to me.”

Your reality then quietly organises itself around those instructions.

Not because you’re failing.
Not because you’re not “doing mindset” well enough.

But because a little inner you is still trying to keep you safe in the only way they know how.


💛 The Turning Point: Being Seen, Welcomed, and Included

Here’s the part that changes everything:

Once this child is acknowledged and welcomed with love and kindness…
the loops begin to dissolve — and you finally get to choose what you would prefer.

This is not about fixing the child, correcting them, or pushing them to heal.

It’s about:

  • recognising the little you who has been carrying so much
  • letting them know they are no longer alone
  • updating their reality with your adult awareness
  • inviting them into safety, warmth, and inclusion
  • allowing their frozen energy to soften and move
  • From here, your outer life can finally change — because the one creating it from the inside has changed.

  • gives space for emotions to rise and move

    You’re not forcing anything.
    You’re gently allowing what’s ready to be seen.
