I’m Eileen Thomson — a Level-5 Mentor who helps people reconnect with presence, soften long-held patterns, and awaken a more easeful way of being.
My work didn’t begin in a classroom or through traditional therapy. It began through lived experience — navigating my own emotional patterns, internal storms, and the deep desire to understand why we repeat what we no longer want. Over time, this search led me to practices that offered not just relief, but true clarity.
One of the most transformative tools I encountered was Brian D. Ridgway’s 5-Layer Breathing Method — a beautifully simple, powerful approach that reconnects you with presence and gently dissolves the energy behind old patterns. I gratefully integrate this method into my work because of how naturally it brings people back to ease and inner alignment.
For those who prefer deep, supportive 1:1 sessions, I also offer work through the Emotion Code and Body Code. These modalities help release trapped emotional energies and imbalances in a gentle, non-invasive way that works beautifully in remote sessions. Combined with the Level-5 approach, they offer a spacious, empowering path for shifting long-held emotional patterns at the root.
